Can I return a wig if it does not suit me?
Yes — within 30 days, as long as it is unworn, unstyled, uncut and unwashed, in its original packaging. Try it on over a wig cap to keep it returnable. Full terms are in our refund policy.
How do I keep a synthetic wig looking good?
Store it on a stand or in its net, detangle gently from the ends up with a wide-tooth comb, and wash only when needed in cool water. Use heat styling only on wigs whose description lists heat resistance, and stay within the stated temperature.
Will the colour match the photos?
Each colour option has its own product photo — check the photo for the shade you are choosing before ordering. Screens differ, so slight variation is normal.
How long will delivery take?
